Order in Council 1757/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1459/2022 dated November 17, 2022, reappointing Ann Somerville of Toronto as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective November 30, 2023.
