Order in Council 514/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Andrew Falls of Brantford, Ontario, as Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1627/2022 and dated December 1, 2022 appointing Andrew Falls as a full-time Crown Attorney be revoked effective March 30, 2023.
