OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 13, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 14, 2010, to designate the following members of the Executive Council to be members of the Treasury Board, a committee of the Executive Council: Honourable Bill Estabrooks, MB; Honourable Graham Steele; Honourable Percy A. Paris; and Honourable Ramona Jennex.
