to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (2)]. Order in Council 328/2004,

approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 35/2004

is amended by repealing item 4 of the Appendix.
