Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Internal Services dated July 24, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Province entering into a five (5) year lease with Bell Aliant Regional Communications Inc., with an option to renew for an additional five (5) year period, for a parcel of land containing approximately 5,300 sq.ft., as outlined in red on

Schedule 'A' attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, located at 41 Red River Road in Pleasant Bay; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Internal Services, on behalf of the Province, to make and execute a lease with Bell Aliant Regional Communications Inc. for the property located at 41 River Road, Pleasant Bay, in such form and on such terms as the Minister of Internal Services determines.
