Order in Council 343/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Christie Jefferson of Yarker be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Christie Jefferson was reappointed a part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of five years, effective June 2, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 527/2015;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 527/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
