Order in Council 15/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maija Laitinen was appointed a part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 11/2017 dated January 11, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Maija Laitinen of Sault Ste. Marie be appointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
