Le Président (M. Bouchard, Mégantic-Compton): S'il vous plaît! Je déclare la séance de la commission de l'aménagement du territoire ouverte. Je demanderais à toutes les personnes dans la salle de bien vouloir fermer leurs téléphones cellulaires, s'il vous plaît.

Je vais rappeler le mandat de la commission. Le mandat de la commission pour cette séance est de procéder à l'interpellation adressée à Mme la ministre au Développement régional et au Tourisme par M. le député de Blainville sur le sujet suivant: L'impact de la réingénierie sur les régions du Québec.

M. le secrétaire, est-ce qu'il y a des remplacements ce matin?

Le Secrétaire: Oui, M. le Président. M. Blackburn (Roberval) est remplacé par M. Morin (Montmagny-L'Islet); M. Clermont (Mille-Îles) est remplacé par Mme L'Écuyer (Pontiac); M. Lessard (Frontenac) est remplacé par M. Bachand (Arthabaska); M. Côté (Dubuc) est remplacé par M. Lelièvre (Gaspé); M. Deslières (Beauharnois) est remplacé par M. Dufour (René-Lévesque); et Mme Maltais (Taschereau) est remplacée par M. Dion (Saint-Hyacinthe).
