Council 125/2002, approved and ordered February 13, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and

with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Workers

Compensation Act is amended in accordance with the attached

Schedule — G.

BRUCE, Minister of Skills Development and Labour; G. CAMPBELL, Presiding

Member of the Executive Council.

Schedule

1 The Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended in

each of the provisions referred to in Column 1 below by striking out the

corresponding amount in Column 2 wherever it appears and substituting the

corresponding amount in Column 3:
