OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of the administration of the Securities Act to the Minister of Environment and Labour, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2000-484 dated September 28, 2000; and (

b) direct that the Minister of Finance be charged with the administration of the Securities Act.
