Order in Council 271/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021 , Nicholas Savona of Vaughan be appointed as a part-time member of the interim board of directors of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond October 20, 2023, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
