OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 15, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to enter into the Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism in support of the Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
