Order in Council 1767/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 2(5) of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Act, v 1990,

Chapter M.41, the sum of nine million eight hundred eighty-seven thousand six hundred fifty-four dollars and seven cents ($9,887,654.07) shall be paid out of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund to the Consolidated Revenue Fund, for Payment of expenses in connection with the administration of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund in the fiscal year 2019-2020.
