OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 17, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Karen M. Wright of R.R.#1 Armdale, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 83-1092 dated September 20, 1983, as amended by Order in Council 89-1400 dated December 12, 1989; and (
b) appoint Karen M. Wyse of Timberlea, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
