Order in Council 753/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(2), 9(1) and 9(3) of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991,

Jeanette Dias D’Souza of Markham

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council for a period of two years, effective April 24, 2017 to and including April 23, 2019.
