OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 8, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Contribution Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to receive grants through the Immunization Partnership Fund – Immunization Registry Enhancement Agreement, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement, effective on and after March 1, 2022.
