OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 22, 2008, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as permanent members of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, each for a term of office commencing April 1, 2008 and ending March 31, 2010: David Clark, Truro, in the County of Colchester, Nova Scotia as woodlot owner who is not engaged in the sawmill industry or pulp and paper industry; and Jonathan Porter, Liverpool, Region of Queens Municipality, Nova Scotia, as a person experienced in the pulp and paper industry; (

b) reappoint the following person as Chair and permanent member at large of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing April 1, 2008 and ending March 31, 2010: Walter MacAlpine, Weymouth North, County of Digby, Nova Scotia, as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products; (

c) reappoint the following person as an alternate member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing April 1, 2008 and ending March 31, 2010: Stephen Read, Marion Bridge, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, as a person experienced in the sawmill industry.
