Order in Council 708/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 establishes the Education Quality and Accountability Office;

And

whereas subsection 11(1) of said Act provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint directors to the board of said Office;

And

whereas subsection 12 (1) of said Act provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one director to act as the chair of the board of directors;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 11(1) and 12(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

Dave cooke of Windsor

is reappointed as a director and re-designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office for a term of six months, commencing on the date this Order is signed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
