OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 23, 1998, pursuant to Sections 11 and 12 of
Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to approve the making of amendments by the Family Court Rules Committee to the Family Court Rules made by Order in Council 93-114 dated February 2, 1993, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
