NORTH ISLAND-COAST DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE TRUST AMENDMENT ACT, 2023

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

CLAUSE 1: [North Island-Coast Development Initiative Trust Act,

section 17] repeals the provision that establishes a limit on development allocation payments to the North Island-Coast Development Initiative Trust.

Section 17 (1) of the North Island-Coast Development Initiative Trust Act, S.B.C. 2005, c. 36, is repealed.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.

Explanatory Note

section 17] repeals the provision that establishes a limit on development allocation payments to the North Island-Coast Development Initiative Trust.
