Order in Council 918/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5.1(5) of the Health Insurance Act,

Tammy M. Balitsky of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time public member of the Physician Payment Review Board for a period of three years, effective April 28, 2017 to and including April 27, 2020.
