OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Nova Scotia Resources Limited dated August 22, 2002, and pursuant to clauses 3(1)(

a) and (

d) of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2001-68 made February 9, 2001 by: (

i) deleting from line eight of paragraph (

a) of the Order the words "PanCanadian Petroleum Limited and 3704831 Canada Limited" and substituting therefore "Endless Energy Corp., a body corporate with head office at Calgary, Alberta"; (ii) deleting from line 2 of paragraph (

d) of the Order the words "clause 2(1)(c)" and substituting therefore the words "clauses 3(1)(

a) and (d)"; and (

b) amend Order in Council 2001-207A made May 2, 2001 by deleting in lines six to nine of paragraph (

a) of the aforesaid Order the following words: "and the transfer of Shares to the Purchaser, as each of those terms is defined in and in accordance with the terms of an Agreement of Share Sale and Purchase among Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and Pancanadian Petroleum Limited and 3704831 Canada Limited".
