OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 31, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Funding Envelope, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed ninety nine million three hundred and twenty five thousand dollars ($99.325M) to contribute to the funding of renovations at the Dartmouth General Hospital, Nova Scotia Health Authority, the cost of which grant is charged to the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Funding Envelope, effective October 3, 2016.
