OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated March 22, 2012, and pursuant to clause 6(2)(

b) of

Chapter 89 of the Acts of 1980, the Gaelic College Foundation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Alex Morrison of Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County as a member of the Gaelic College Foundation Board of Governors, for a two year term commencing May 1, 2012; and (

b) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against Alex Morrison and indemnify him from personal liability in connection with any such claims, provided, however, that the Province is satisfied that the claim arises out of his activities in relation to his appointment and is not based on fraud or criminal activity and where the Province so defends him, the Province will be in control of the case.
