Order in Council 120/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 12 (4) and (12) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010 , S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Alexander Hoi-Yuer Yuan of Richmond Hill

be reappointed as a director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of 3 years, effective from the later of the date of this Order in Council or February 25, 2022.
