OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated April 20, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to, commencing May 17, 2016: (
a) appoint Shirley Lee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; (
b) appoint Kenneth Wheelans of Tusket, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; and (
c) determine the remuneration for each of Shirley Lee and Kenneth Wheelans to be $200 per one-half day, plus expenses.
