Order in Council 235/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Brandi Neil of Orangeville

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , for a fixed term of three years effective May 2, 2021 to May 1, 2024.
