Order in Council 1596/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 77 of the Legislation Act , 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 21,

Schedule F, Order in Council 1247/2015, approved and ordered on September 16, 2015, is hereby revoked.

And Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. M.16 as amended,

Mr. John Andrew McBride of Wingham, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered for a fixed term of two years from the effective date of this appointment.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.19, as amended,

Mr. John Andrew McBride of Wingham, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered for a fixed term of two years of appointment from the effective date of this appointment.
