Order in Council 440/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2152/91, dated September 13, 1991, Dr. Arpad Balogh was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Arpad Balogh died on March 23, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 2152/91, dated September 13, 1991, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
