OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 25, 2004, pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, each for a term of office commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2007: Kevin Malloy, Controller for the Province of Nova Scotia, of Halifax Regional Municipality; Councillor Bruce Hetherington of Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, each for a term of office commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2007: Warden Keith Hunter of the Municipality of the County of Cumberland; Greg Keefe, Deputy Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, of Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
c) appoint Greg Keefe to be Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2007.
