OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 16, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of, 1989, the Victims' Rights and Services Act, is pleased to amend the Criminal Injuries Compensation Regulations, N.S. Reg. 24/94, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 94-119 dated February 15, 1994, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and after August 26, 2009.
