Order in Council 1176/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 248/2020, dated February 14, 2020, Garfield F. Bates was appointed as a member of the City of Dryden Police Services Board.

And

whereas Garfield F. Bates has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 248/2020, dated February 14, 2020, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
