OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 15, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with His Majesty The King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of National Defence, to license the right to use the Helipad at CFB Halifax-Windsor Park for LifeFlight Air Ambulance, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
