OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated November 23, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 49(1) of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2008, the Technical Safety Act , is pleased to amend the Fuel Safety Regulations , N.S. Reg. 11/2011, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2011-28 dated January 18, 2011, to ensure alignment with the Gasfitter Trade Regulations made by the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Board under the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act and to make housekeeping amendments, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 15, 2022.
