Order in Council 1290/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Kenneth Joseph Parker of King City be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 1, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
