Order in Council 939/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Jennifer Michelle Dmetrichuk, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed, the earlier of July 31, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, as Regional Coroner for that part of the Central Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical area of Toronto prescribed under the Territorial Division Act , 2002, East of Yonge Street between Steeles Avenue and Bloor Street; East of Jarvis Street between Bloor Street and Lake Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1004/2022 dated the 21 st day of April, 2022, be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
