Shubenacadie Wildlife Management Area Designation
made under
Section 113 of the
Wildlife Act

The Governor in Council on the report an recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forests
dated the 18th day of September, A.D., 1979, pursuant to
Section 161(6) of
Chapter 163 of the
Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1967, the Lands and Forests Act ,
Part III - Game, is pleased to
(
a) declare that the area described in
Schedule “A” and shown outlined in red on
Schedule “B”, both Schedules attached to and forming part of the report and
recommendation, be a wildlife management area to be known as the
Shubenacadie Wildlife Management Area;
(
b) make regulations in the form set out in
Schedule “C” attached to and forming
part of the report and recommendation, for the control of the wildlife
management area and the management of wildlife therein.
Schedule “C” repealed: O.I.C. 2008-53, N.S. Reg. 77/2008.

Parcel “C”
All and singular that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Shubenacadie
in the County of Colchester, Province of Nova Scotia, said parcel being Parcel C as shown on a
plan of survey (Field Plot No. P-021/07) and filed in the Department of Natural Resources
Office, Halifax, N.S., said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
