Order in Council 55/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Christine Greydanus of Petrolia

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Christine Greydanus of Petrolia

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Vice-Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
