On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 21, 2025, sections 8 and 40 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act , 2025 , S.B.C. 2025, c. 7, are brought into force.
