OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 26, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the amount not to exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) to contribute to the funding of the Nova Scotia Health Authority for demolition and the building of a new structure to meet the primary care needs of Shelburne, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective June 7, 2016.
