OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 18, 2017, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a quit claim deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 4.6 hectares (11.37 acres), located at Port Hood, Inverness County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Chestico Museum & Historical Society, a body corporate, with its registered office at Port Hood, Inverness County, Province of Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, subject to a right to reclaim the lands; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
