OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 26, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 11J of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act , is pleased, effective May 9, 2023, to order that the recommendations of the Nova Scotia Commission on Compensation for Presiding Justices of the Peace, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2026, and as set out in the Commission’s Report, received on March 14, 2023, issued by Commissioner William Kaplan, are hereby confirmed.
