Order in Council 1731/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Michel Fernand Payette of Cornwall be further reappointed as a part-time member of the Cornwall Community Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the later of January 31, 2022, or the date this Order in Council is made.
