I, Michael de Jong, Minister of Finance, order that the following regulation is made:

INTEREST RATE REGULATION

Interest rate

(1) For the purposes of sections 8 (2) and 9 (2) of the Land Tax Deferment Act , the interest rate for the 6-month period beginning October 1, 2013 is 1.00% a year.

(2) For the purposes of sections 8 (3.1) and 9 (5) of the Land Tax Deferment Act , the interest rate for the 6-month period beginning October 1, 2013 is 3.00% a year.
