OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 7, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 9(2) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective January 14, 2014: (
a) designate the Honourable Diana C. Whalen as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; and (
b) designate the Honourable Michel P. Samson, Honourable Karen Lynn Casey, Honourable Labi Kousoulis and Honourable Mark Furey as members of Treasury and Policy Board.
