Order in Council 807/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

Stephen Geist , of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of July 2, 2023.
