OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated January 14, 1999 pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management, each for a term of office of two years commencing February 1, 1999 and ending January 31, 2001: Ann B. Bellefontaine of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Karen Ross of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint Tom J. Bowlin of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management for a term of office of two years commencing February 1, 1999 and ending January 31, 2001.
