Order in Council 216/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Isla McPherson, Doctor of Medicine, of Guelph be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective June 25, 2023.
