OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated December 12, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 106 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2000, the Probate Act, is pleased to amend the Probate Court Practice, Procedure and Forms Regulations, N.S. Reg. 119/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-450 dated September 17, 2001, to align procedural rules for probate matters with civil matters, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2024.
