OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated February 22, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 82C of the Condominium Regulations , N.S. Reg. 60/71 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 71-1173 dated November 23, 1971, and made pursuant to

Section 33 of

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act , is pleased, effective April 12, 2022, to: (

a) reappoint Nelson Blackburn of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a Condominium Appeals Officer for a term of five (5) years; (

b) appoint Gilles Deveau of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Condominium Appeals Officer for a term of five (5) years; (

c) appoint Ronald Pizzo of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Condominium Appeals Officer for a term of five (5) years; and (

d) appoint Eric Slone of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Condominium Appeals Officer for a term of five (5) years.
